- We do not store your location beyond the current browser session used for “near me”.
- We do not share your data with partners — you leave our site to transact with them.

- Anonymous analytics (Google Analytics) to measure traffic and improve the product.
- Location (only when you tap “Use my location”) — used on-device to render a nearby map; not persisted.
- Basic device info your browser sends on every request (user agent, language).

OneVerse is an aggregator and directory. Transactions, bookings, refunds and customer support are handled by the partner you choose, under their terms.

OneVerse is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for issues arising from a partner's service, pricing or content.

Does OneVerse handle my payment?
No. We route you to the partner's site and your card/UPI details stay with them. We never see or store payment information.
Why are some partners listed before others?
Ordering is based on fit for the category (coverage, reliability, typical use cases). It is not paid placement; you can pick any partner you prefer.
Can I cancel or refund through OneVerse?
Refunds and cancellations are handled by the partner who took your booking. Use their support — we can't access that data.
Do you have an app?
Not yet. The web app works offline-friendly on phones and you can add it to your home screen.
How do I suggest a partner?
Email hello@allinoneservices.app with the category and partner — we review suggestions every week.
